THE HISTORY OF PEACE ON EARTH:
Tiffany Hansen, program director for the auspicious Pacific Symposium has been inducted into Keep The Beet Media Star, The World’s First Talking Beet Plant’s Honor ‘Roll” Program. The Roll that we give out is ZeroTree Toilet Paper, the new rage on Dorm Campuses everywhere. This is Tiffany’s sixth year directing the world famous gathering of the heavyweights of Traditional Chinese Medicine, among them Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Gardener who will once again offer one of his Art Photos to the Pacific College–a Copy of Organic Uprising. He will also orchestrate with Ariella Shira Lewis and Cara H. Cadwallader a special Ceremony at the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa, this upcoming Sunday from 1;30-2:00 pm, October 6, to the right of the Bridge on the Bayside of the famed hotel that has had an Enchanted Garden installation in its Foyer for more than a decade. This year, Pacific College of Oriental Medicine President Jack Miller has decided to move the Enchanted Garden down to the basement where with fewer hours for Seed Dreams to be planted higher value will be placed on each seed dream offered.

WHAT WOULD IT BE LIKE IF ALL THE SEEDS ON SHELVES WERE GROUNDED IN THE EARTH?
For more than a decade I have been repeating the same old song at the Pacific Symposium Closing Ceremonies, called a tradition by President Jack Miller. Leslie often said, Plant your TCM herbs in America Soil. The trend now at PCOM is more toward the Biomedical model. As most people know know, TCM herbs are being passe as is Sacred Food. The last remaining food in America can be found at your local Farmers’ Market and many students at PCOM are now members of the JR Organic CSA that delivers each Thursday around 1 pm to the student Lounge area of at the widely known campus in Mission Valley. To join the become CSA go here.
THE FLOWERS AT THIS YEAR’S PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM WILL BE SUNFLOWERS
They are a gift from the Rodriguez Family who can be found at the Hillcrest Farmers’ Market. Other last remaining Sacred Foods will be displayed at this year’s Pacific Symposium as part of the Feng Shui elements. These are from Phil Noble of Sage Mountain Farm and Suzie’s Farm. All three local organic farms can be found at the Hillcrest Farmers’ Market. I am at the Hillcrest Farmers’ Market each Sunday I am in town. For a special tour call me at 619.384.2631 on my cell phone when you get to the market that is located at the HIllcrest DMV.

SPECIAL SOIL, 25 YEARS IN THE MAKING WILL BE SPRINKLED ON THIS YEARS SEED DREAMS
The soil is from Bayberry Hill Farm Madison CT and was collected during the 21 Day of my East Coast Tour (and L.A.). Raising $1 million to help Secure Our Organic Future is one of my Seed Dreams during the new phase of Fund Raising. 50% of all funds from Seed Dream will go toward the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community Growing Grounds Makeover and Overgrowth Clean Up now in progress.
This Sunday, November 6, 2011, a large stand of Arundo Donax (Giant Reed) will be cut down, officially lifing the curtain on the Enchanted Garden Era of 1000 Years of Peace. For many years, we had a privacy screen, but now we are reaching out to Meet and Greet all our neighbors and help them grow some of their own food now that the Mayan Calendar has now come to an End (as of October 28) and we enter the Enchanted Garden Era. The Arundo Donax (Giant Reed) told me that she will likely be the top candidate for a Biofuel substituting Oil, however, few people other or entrepreneur’s have discovered this.
SAN DIEGO ARUNDO (ADX) BIOFUEL COLLECTIVE STARTED STARTED OCTOBER 27
Keep The Beet asked me to launch the San DIego Arundo (ADX) BIOFUEL COLLECTIVE October 27, 2011. I thought perhaps that Arundo might be kindling, however, it has VOC’s when burned. It’s best use thus far is for mulch; however, this is not yet the accepted practice as recommended by the San Diego Fire Prevention Bureau. Bill Tall told me that Park and Rec do mulch Arundo. Camp Pendelton proved it makes good mulch. As of now, Arundo Donax is not approved to be used as a mulch in the new Arosa Canyon Nature Preserve Arosa Canyon Nature Preserve? Just a Seed Dream right now…..
SPECIAL SOIL TO BE SPRINKLED ON SEED DREAMS THIS YEAR AT PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM
Special soil, 25 years in the making will be sprinkled on each dream planted. Tiffany Hansen planted her dream about a week ago, both a public and private dream. The public dream, to have a smooth Pacific Symposium, has come true, she reported on Sunday October 30 at her exclusive Annex Office where Your Enchanted Gardener visited on Sunday to drop off three buckets of JR Organic Sunflowers that will one be the main and only Enchanted Garden Flower offered this year in keeping with President Jack Miller’s director to Fence in Your Enchanted Gardener who was reportedly increasingly sprawling all over the Foyer, much to the dismay of Victoria Hartwell, Conference Coordinator on the Catmaran side.
AMAZING VIDEO! TEN MINUTES LONG
This is the amazing video tribute to the Last Enchanted Garden Installation in the Foyer held upstairs featuring the music of Thomas Kaou, and Warren Sheir, and Melissa, a former Broadway Star who gave up her career to come to the PACIFIC COLLEGE OF ORIENTAL MEDICINE.
Warren Sheir, Leslie’s supervisor at the PCOM Clinic said he was moved by the video and said it brought him an emotional response. The video features Dr. Thomas

LAST YEAR’S CLOSING CEREMONY AT THE 2010 PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM
This remarkable video is the last Closing Ceremony delivered indoors at the Sunday Gathering 2010. Amazingly, I told about going to Washington D.C. At the time I said this, I had no idea that this Seed Dream would actually happen, although I believe in Seed Dreams I plant.
The first sponsor of my trip to Washington occurred at the 2010 Pacific Symposium in the final moments. Eric Schiermeyer, creator of Farmville, the famous Facebook feature contributed $10.00 to get me to Washington D.C. to help educate our legislators. I gave a rousing Pep Talk September 20, 2011. I volunteered to be the Enchanted Gardener for the People’s Organic Garden Initiative. I have since promised to begin 1,000,000 new People’s Organic Gardens. The first I imagine will be at Hami High School where I am known as Uncle Leslie:

ONLY $50.00 TO PLANT YOUR DREAM AT THIS YEAR’S PACIFIC SYMPOSIUM

I hope you remember me. Take a look at my website and look at my picture and see if you remember me. It is okay if you do not, for you have helped me in immeasurable ways and I cannot thank you enough.
It was November 2006 at the pacific symposium. The night before my classmates and I at the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine had received terrible news: Our school was closing and we would not be able to complete our education. This was the unthinkable. I had another year of acupuncture training to go and I was being faced with uprooting my life in Santa Barbara to move and have finish schooling somewhere else.
When I talked with you the next day at the symposium you urged me to plant the seed of my dreams at the alter you had created. I took the time to write down my dream and vision of being surrounded by all my classmates and close friends graduating from SANTA BARBARA COLLEGE in one year. I also wrote down my vision of becoming a successful acupuncture practitioner as well as creating a happy family with my wife.
All of this came true Leslie. The unforseeable happened. Your buddy Jack from PCOM stepped up to the plate and allowed us to do a “teach out” at Santa Barbara College under the financial support of PCOM. This saved countless lives being uprooted, ,misery, and major inconvenience. a year and a half from that day at your alter I was standing on a beautiful stage in Santa Barbara surrounded by all my friends celebrating our victory of graduating acupuncture school.
In the years following I have moved home to New Jersey, had two beautiful children with my wife and established a thriving acupuncture practice where I really help people to heal instead of medicating them.
Thanks for helping to make that happen brother

Dear Uncle Leslie,
I was very impressed by the natural sprays. You had different types of mixtures which I was interested in trying, because I remember I sprayed this one essence and when I was going home all my emotions settled and I felt brand new.

ABOUT COMPOSTABLE BIOSMART PRODUCTS
From the BioSMART SITE
BioSmart products designated as Compostable
are designed to biodegrade in a reasonably short period of time
in a suitable environment in accordance with ASTM standards
for compostability. What a “reasonably short time” is depends
on where the product is disposed. For example in landfills,
where most garbage is taken, materials degrade very slowly –
if at all. This is because modern landfills are designed,
according to law, to keep out sunlight, air and moisture.
This helps prevent pollutants from the garbage from getting
into the air and drinking water, and slows the decomposition
of the trash. BioSmart adheres to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)
assertion that it is difficult for ANY company
to substantiate a claim that products normally disposed
of in a landfill are “biodegradable”.
We understand that home and or commercial disposal environments available to purchasers
of our product can vary widely, therefor we utilize
the term “Compostable” where appropriate
and supported by ASTM certification.
